Capri were invented by Sonja de Lennart in 1948 and named after the beautiful Mediterranean Paradise known as Capri. After that this garment knew a boom from the ’50s, thanks to Audrey Hepburn who wore them in movies like “Roman Holiday” or “Sabrina”, together with Givenchy‘s creations.
